Germany Vacation

Recently went to Germany with friends. Went to

Oktoberfest and toured Munich, Salzberg, and Vienna. This is just one of many pictures taken during my trip. This is a picture in one of the Oktoberfest tents.

Another highlight of the trip was traveling to the top of the Zugspitze, one of the tallest peaks in the Alps. Rode to the peak via a cable car. Views were fantastic. Truly a memorable event.

Another interesting thing we did was watching surfers on the river (yes I said river). Amazing how they were able to jump on their surfboard from the side of the river and remain upright and on the board! The only problem would be the EXTREMELY cold temperature of the water. Not something I would be tempted to do (but I'm not know for my coordination). It was something I had never expected to see, so this was just another of many memorable moments during the trip.
